Nokia today announced the next update to its Symbian operating system at an event in Hong Kong. Called Symbian Belle , the UI has been completely revamped using Qt and includes an Android style drop down notification bar. Based on the Qt , the interface is faster than ever and features improvements all around. We'll be bringing an in-depth hands on with the new devices running Belle from the show flower.
