LG Optimus 3D launched in India at Rs. 37000


LG has launched the world's first 3D smartphone, Optimus 3D in India. This phone is also the world?s first phone to feature tri-dual (dual-core, dual-channel and dual-memory) architecture. The phone has dual 5MP lens camera allows users to capture images and videos in 3D. It has 4.3-inch WVGA display that lets the users experience 3D without the use of glasses. It runs on Android v2.2 and has Dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 proccessor, Dual 5MP camera with LED flash, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS with A-GPS. It comes with 8 GB internal memory that could be expanded up to 32GB with MicroSD, 512 MB RAM and a 1500 mAh battery. It also features 3D interface that could be accessed with the click of LG?s unique 3D Hot Key which presents five 3D- dedicated UIs, including Gallery Camera, Game & Apps, YouTube 3D and 3D Guide. The users could also view and upload content on YouTube?s dedicated 3D channel. The 3D content could be shared via an HDMI 1.4 connection to 3D TVs and monitors and DLNA Certified products. The LG Optimus 3D is priced at Rs. 37,000 and would be available in the Indian market from September 2011.
